The Supreme Court of the United States is set to decide NCAA v. Christie this term, which could result in the repeal of the Professional and Amateur Sports Protection Act (PASPA) of 1992 – which, in turn, could possibly pave the way for legalized sports gambling throughout the U.S. To discuss the case, PASPA and the potential impacts if the act is overturned, we recently caught up with “The World’s Most Skeptical Sports Fan” Brian Tuohy, author of ‘The Fix is In,’ ‘Larceny Games,’ and ‘Season in the Abyss.’
