#11: Brexit! The most important meal of the day, aka: what’s going on in England

Brexit is the topic du jour as Mike talks to Will Cooling, a guy who lives in England and is thus an expert on all things England. For longer than Will’s wife inevitably wanted, the two go over the upcoming vote taking place in England as to whether the country should remain part of the EU or not. From the history of England’s joining the EU, the weird political bedfellows that have arisen as a result of the referendum, and the fact that a man who once face fucked a dead pig may be all that stands between Europe and total collapse!

This actually is a REALLY fascinating show. I think. Will knows his stuff. I think. Problem is, the accent always makes British people sound really smart. Still, I’m pretty sure his accounting of what is at stake, why various factions support different positions, and more was spot on. I made some dick jokes though, so don’t worry.
