It’s time for WHAT IS STUCK IN MIKE’S HEAD!  This time it’s The Pretty Reckless.  Depressingly, they’ve been around for over five years.  This is only depressing to me because I truly feel like they’re a year or two, at most.  Anyways, they’re fronted by a chick who was on a CW show.  I don’t know her name.  I do know that she kinda caused some trouble because in her zest to be a “bad ass hardcore rock chick” she flashed the crowd at one of their early shows.  Problem was: she was under 18.  Such an act was pretty reckle – nevermind.

 

Anyways.  The music is solid and standard pop rock.  I’m sure she claims to write it all but is really helped.  Oh well.  Jimi Hendricks is dead, time to embrace pre-written music, you know, like how Elvis worked.  It’s not bad music.  It’s not great music.  It is perfectly solid and acceptable.  So, enjoy so I can get it out of my head and into yours.
