We won’t do much of a discussion because some guys you know and if you don’t know them you probably don’t really care. The main-event is Douglas Lima vs. Andrey Koreshkov for Bellator welterweight title. Koreshkov is actually a pretty good fighter. He has a win over Lyman Good, who just fought in the UFC on Wednesday, and Marius Žaromskis. His only career loss was against Ben Askren when he previously challenged for the Bellator 170 strap.
Like Koreahkov, Lima’s last loss was to Askren and also during a Bellator title fight. Other than that, the 9-year vet hasn’t lost since 2009. He beat Rick Hawn to capture the vacant title and this is his first attempted defense. The Brazilian is good. (How is THAT for analysis!)
It is also worth noting that Paul Daley is fighting on the show. I suspect he will complain if someone tries to take him down.
