Blade Runner is one of the most important movies in important movie history. It’s a masterpiece of sci-fi, blah blah blah. Blade Runner 2049 is the sequel. It’ll be interesting, mostly because it’s not like Do Androids Dream of Electric Six has a follow up book.
Fuck me, I checked on Wikipedia and there ARE sequels. They’re not real, though. They’re Fake Sequels. Some dude wrote three of them, with Philip K. Dick’s blessing. I mean, the first of those came out in 1995 while the source material was 1968, so let’s all acknowledge them as cash grabs.
This is the trailer for Blade Runner 2049. You have figured that out because of the title of this post. You’re smart. How smart? Smart enough to wonder if you are a replicant. Personally, I’m a replican because I’m not negative but to each their own.

Blade Runner 2049 Trailer 2
Blade Runner 20149 is a serious film. I thought the actors did a fair job in some ways, but epic in others.
