Jon Jones had his CA MMA license taken away and was fined $205,000.00
by the California State Athletic Commission. His license was gonna expire in August anyways and he probably blows that much on, well, blow, so this isn’t much of anything, in my mind.
California said they wouldn’t rule on his long term suspension until USADA had done their deal with Jones. In other words, they’re kicking the can down the road, passing the buck, and other cliches that mean, “Not doing their job.”
He can reapply for his license in a year.
MMA & STUFF will cover this more, I’m sure, but I see everyone else writing about this and figured I should for the sake of my credibility, such as it is.
All you need to know is that nothing has really changed, this doesn’t get us any closer to knowing when he’ll fight next, and that his penis still doesn’t work properly.
