Here’s one you don’t expect to encounter every day: arson.
Anthony Pettis, who most of you know as the former UFC Lightweight Champion of the World, but who others know as their brother, teammate, or that guy who once cut in line at the super market (allegedly), had his cars set on fire last night. So the story goes, a car pulled up near Pettis’s home in Milwaukee and set fire to two of his cars. The fire then leaped to the third car, as fires do.
No one was hurt.
Per Fox 6 in Milwaukee, we have the following quotes:
“Right around the same time as that happened, there was kind of a large bang,” said witness to the blaze, Carson Blaszak. “It was three cars caught on fire. I just, I ran outside, and I was hoping, you know, the house hopefully wasn’t gonna catch on fire.”
As you can see from the photo here, this was no minor little fire. Whoever did this roasted those cars.
“As he’s screaming that the house is on fire. Of course, you jump outta bed and you can’t believe your eyes to see what you’re, you know, that it’s real,” said Carson’s wife, Bunny. (Bunny? Really?)
No word on who did it.
And you thought your morning sucked.
