The fight was to be Diaz’s return to the UFC following his epic two part clash with Conor McGregor. For a good long while it was even the main event of the show. Luckily, the UFC gave us that women’s something weight championship belt. Except I think that’s off too.
Then: the real true main event that is manna from heaven.
This explains why they are going with a heavyweight title fight featuring a guy who just announced to the largest crowd in pay per view history that he was not physically fit enough to fight for a title.
