… So that sure was a helluva night. Buster Douglas would be proud. Moments after one of the craziest nights of the year for MMA, the UFC is gonna give us the press conference where one suspects Holly Holm might be in a bit of a good mood. The Queen is dead Long live the Queen, I guess. The odds were always too long and the way Holm won is exactly how it had long been speculated whooped be the way. This isn’t to say it was foreseeable – great moments like this aren’t which is why they’re so great.
Let someone else talk about the business side of things. I think we should just enjoy what happened. Fan of Rousey or not, tonight produced something you probably won’t forget anytime soon and that’s pretty cool.
