Urijah Faber vs. Brad Pickett
Bantamweight
What Happened?
They fought for a bit, scramble, in process Faber drops Pickett w a left hand. Pounding. Back take. Pounding. Choke? No. Mount. Elbows. Back take. Pickett survives!!!!!
Faber pot shotting Pickett. The Englishman’s face is a horrible mess. He dominated the second with isolated right hands.
Faber quickly takes it to the ground to start the 3rd. Scramble after another TD. Faber sprawling, wants the choke, Pickett flops to his back to avoid. Faber is 90 seconds from a win. He also has 90 seconds to get one last finish. PICKETT DROPPED FABER. (Faber was on one leg so it was more of a push, don’t worry.) 60 seconds to go for the legend. 30…

Should You Watch?
Yes. Because thank you for the memories, Faber.

Miller drops Hirota in the first, goes for a guillotine. Misses it. Let Hiro recover. Hiro w a TD. Mount. Miller looking to pop out but Hiro doing well to sink his hips down and control.
Two. Miller used a leg lock to sweep and get on top. Trying to get the back but Hiro using is overhook to prevent it. Miller in deep half now but they didn’t work at all. Hiro heavy hips keeping Miller down; hitting some periodic pounding.
Hiro on top in the third. Grinding with punches inside halfguard(ed.com). Not very exciting.

Should You Watch?
Bryan Barberena vs. Colby Covington

James Moontasri vs. Alex Morono
Welterweight
What Happened?
Moon kicking Moron in the body a lot. That’s it. Moron missing wild hooks and Moon kicking his belly. Moron did land a bit more in the second but still got kicked a lot. Two really hard elbows from Moron cut Moon at the end of the second. Third round and WAR CAME TO TOWN. Moron landing over and over again as Moon gets landed on. There could be craters on Moon’s face.
Winner: Morono, dec.
Should You Watch?
Third round for sure. That’s all.
Josh Emmett vs. Scott Holtzman
Lightweight
What Happened?
Both men are built like walking spark plugs. Pure muscle crammed into an impossible frame. Back-and-forth throughout the first round with each guy landing their fair shot of punches and take downs.
These two went crazy in the second for a while, throwing at each other like the other was a piñata. Good scramble on the mat followed that exchange. Emmett is sucking wind. Big.
Third starts with Emmett dropping Holtz w a massive right hand. He’s trying to smart but they’re both gassed. This is good shit.
Winner: Emmett, dec.
Should You Watch?
Leslie Smith vs. Irene Aldana
Women’s Bantamweight
What Happened?
Aldana was doing well on her feet, moving and jabbing, when WHAMO!, she gets dropped hard by Smith. Smith was all over her but Aldana kept cool, got up and even landed a decent shot of her own. Smith never stopped moving forward, throwing punches, just a terminator here. Round ended like they were recreating Cub vs Choi. Heckuva first round.
Second saw them both letting their hands go and are simply beating the shit out of one another, with back and forth momentum swings. One of the more action packed brawls you’ll see from women.
Third round once again saw both women throwing caution to the wind. They would drop their heads and let their hands fly as if they were fighting side of the world’s last remaining phone-booth. It would be unfair to say that either would’ve had more hearts and the other, but Smith certainly seemed to have that kind of will that could never be broken. Then again, so did Aldana.
Winner: Smith, dec.

Hector Sandoval vs. Fredy Serrano
Flyweight
What Happened?
Sandoval won it all. He was a better striker by far and even hit far more takedowns on the Olympic wrestler. It wasn’t a brutal beating or anything but he got a solid, professional win.
Winner: Sandoval, dec.
Should You Watch?
Bojan Veličković vs. Sultan Aliev
Welterweight
What Happened?
Veli controlled on the feet, having a better ability to judge distance, coming in and out. However, Aliev managed solid TDs and peppered with elbows. Veli didn’t quit, as he kept trying armbars and triangles but he wasn’t successful at catching anything. And that was how the fight went.
Winner: Aliev, dec.
Should You Watch?
No.
