The first show under the new regime comes from the least likely place on earth: Sioux Falls, SD. I will never stop laughing about this. I know Sioux Falls. Besides Chicago, it’s the city I’ve been to the most. My whole family is from South Dakota. Both my parents grew up in Sioux Falls. I know the Sioux Empire Mall’s arcade like it’s no one’s business. So I can say, as an expert on both MMA and Sioux Falls: this is funny as shit to me. No way the people in China have ever heard of Sioux Falls, let alone know where it is.
That all said, it’s still fighting on a Wednesday which is fun and makes me happy. Plus, the card does’t look half bad.

What Happened
- Yahya tried an armbar in R2 but Lopez came shockingly close to catching an inverted triangle.
- Yahya survives and lands some good GNP.
- Lopez reverses and shows a willingness to grapple. He’s playing with fire but good on him.even tried a guillotine when Yahya shot in.
- Yahya with an armbar as the round ends…
- Lopez holds on!! Wow.

What Happened
- Cody THE FIST Pfister… That’s the worst nickname ever and Kenny KENFLO Florian is commentating.
- Even round one. Both landed some shots that stunned the other, fought in the clinch. THE FIST moved a bit more. Holtz was heavier handed.
- Fisty seemed a bit tired at the end.
- Holtzman lands a HUGE head kick that drops Fist. Fist holding on to survive.

- Scramble. But Holtz TD. Mount. Peppering GnP.

What Happened

What Happened
- oh FUCK OFF. One has black shorts and a white top and the other the reverse. But they list them by shorts and not shirts even though the shirts are WAY more obvious.
- All on the feet. Chook dancing in the outside, Murphy walking her down but not landing much. Chook landing good kicks throughout.
- R2.
- Chook just seems more comfortable striking and that leads to Murphy w a TD.
- Chook doing a good job controlling posture and not taking damage.
- Murphy walks them to the cage, pins the head, and lands some pitter patter shots.

- Murphy pressing and doing better taking away the reach of Chook.
- Chook punches through w a jab.
- Despite the effective pressure, which is messing with Chook’s timing, Murphy isn’t actually landing.

- Reversal. Ben with an oma plata attempt into a sweep. Smolka attacking with a leg lock. Ben defends. Smolka uses it to sweep. gooooood action.
- Smolka with HEAVY GnP.

- Smolka mount and big GNP!!!! Elbows from hell.
- Ben moving well and regains full guard.

- Brief scramble saw Ben almost get the back but Smolka defending well.
